Adding Custom Services to an Itinerary

Adding a Custom Service from the Add Service Menu

Click Add Service > Custom and you will be taken to the Add Custom form. In this form you can enter the details of the Custom service that you want to add.

Custom service fields

• Date: The date can't be modified; the field just serves as a reminder of the date that the Custom service will be added to.
• Time: The time that the service will start. This field is important to ensure it appears in the correct position chronologically in the itinerary.
• Name: The name of the Custom service. Mandatory.
• Icon: The icon that the Custom service will take when it gets added to the itinerary. The icon also defines the service type. Mandatory.
• Details: Any other descriptive notes about the Custom service, such as a flight or vehicle number. Optional.

Adding a Custom Service to my itinerary

Once you have entered all of the required information, click the Confirm button and the Custom Service will be added to your itinerary.

Note that Custom Services are only placeholders and don't actually get booked in any way, although you may provide notes instructing EXO to book a service for you. If EXO does book a service for you, it will be done outside of EXO Create.
