Starting an Itinerary From Scratch

Setting up Your Itinerary

To start an itirneary from scratch, the first thing to do is click th e"Build From Scratch" button on the home page.

This will open the "Build from scratch" form.

Completing the Build From Scratch form

Complete the form with the fields set as follows:

• User / Agent: The person for whom the itinerary is being created for (not available to all users).
• Trip Name: The overall trip name, e.g. "Mr Smith and Family".
• Start Date: The expected date of the first service to be added to the itirneary.
• Country / City / No. of nights: Select the country / city for each leg of the itirneary and how many nights you expect your clients to stay in that location. Add additional locations by clicking "Add Destination" and remove any locations by clickign the X button to the right of them. Locations camn be dragged to new positions by using the 6-dots controls on the left side of the list.
• Adult / Child: How many adults and children will be travelling in the itinerary. Enter their names (if known) in the fields below and the ages of any children. The ages of children will be used to determine if children are counted as infants, children or adults according to each service's child policy.

Then when you're done, click Submit and you will be ready to start buildfing your itinerary!
