Adding Experiences to an Itinerary

Adding an Experience from the Add Service Menu

Click Add Service > Experience and you will be taken to the experience search form. In this form you can search for the experience you want to add by using the filters on the left side of the page.

Filtering the list of experiences

The filters you can use are as follows:

Keyword

Search for a specific keyword in an experience's name

Date

This can't be adjusted, and is just a reminder of the date that you will be adding the experience to.

Rate & Availability

• Tick Available to only see experiences that are available.
  
  If an experience is Available, it means that it can be confirmed instantly when it is booked.
  
  If an experience is On-Request, you can still add it to your itinerary but we will need to check if certain elements are available and it may not be possible to book it. If that happens, we will work with you to find an alternative experience to book instead.

Type

Tick these boxes to search for types of experiences:

• Full Day Tour: A tour that covers the whole day, usually lasting around 8 hours but in some cases it can be a few hours more or less than this.
• Half Day Tour: A tour that covers half of the day, usually lasting around 4 hours but in some cases it can be a few hours more or less than this.
• Evening Tour: A tour that takes place in the evening, usually starting after 17:00.

Guide Language

If the search results contain experiences with guides in different languages, you can filter by those languages by ticking these boxes.

Sorting the list of experiences

To re-order the list of experience search results, click the Sort icon in the top-right corner. The list of experiences can be sorted by the following fields:

• Name Ascending: Sorted by experience name alphabetically, A-Z
• Name Descending: Sorted by experience name reverse-alphabetically, Z-A
• Price (Low to High): Sorted by price, cheapest to most expensive
• Price (High to Low): Sorted by price, most expensive to cheapest

Viewing experience search results

Any part of a experience's details can be clicked to expand it, except for the camera icon in the bottom-left corner of the experience's thumbnail image, which opens up the experience's photo gallery.

Clicking anywhere else opens up the full experience panel, with the following information:

Type tab

In here we have some more information about the experience.

• Availability: there will be an availability tag on every experience, and it will be either On Request or Available. Please see Rates and Availability above for more explanation as to what these tags mean.

Also next to each experience is the price per person and drop down list to select the pick-up time, which may have multiple options if the experience has more than one pick-up time.

Details tab

The Details tab contains a description of the experience including its full itinerary and all of the activities that your guests will do during the experience.

Adding an experience to my itinerary

Once you have selected the pick-up time, click the Add button to add that experience with your chosen pick-up time to your itinerary.

Adding a Recommended Experience

In some locations you will see a list of recommended experiences that you can click between.

Clicking "Add+" under one of these adds it to your itinerary with a single click.
