Services within EXO Create that are “On Request” mean that our team manually needs to check availability, or manually confirm the booking that is made.
This can be for a variety of reasons including no allocation is held, the dates are for peak season, the service has specific booking terms etc. For these services it does not automatically mean they are unavailable and so they can still be booked as part of a quote if they are available. Our dedicated travel consultants will work with you to check these services and book them as part of the itinerary.
This process usually takes around 24-48 hours and will vary depending on the service and requirements.
